Artist's Comments
Oh boy, this was a fun project. We went and got pumpkins a few days ago, and I was thinking about how I was going to decorate mine, and it only took a split second for my brain to go "Waittaminute! Orange = Gobo!" Which is how this came about.
The face was painted on with acrylics, while I went and got a feather boa for the hair (you know, for that authentic touch). I know it's not the exact color of his hair, but unfortunately Fraggle Purple was not one of the (rather limited) color options.
So now I have a Fraggle pumpkin adorning my kitchen. Hooray!
